hi
could somebody help me by removing my blackberry 9500 storm’s OS 4.7 because i would like to install V5,
It wont let me ypdate from the internet, i always receive a connection error while upgrading, via the blackberry the message reads “this update uption has been disabled by the administrator, so i’m having a difficult time making or receiving phone calls i’m just thnking there is a software issue
Please help
